So damn irritated today... |

| Weather: hot | seat only half of the chair" and i could get people not | ||
| Playing: Surfing with Alien - Joe Satriani | doing what i say.. TELL ME WHAT TO DO?!?!?!?!? | ||
| Email: [email protected] | They don't have discipline at all.. since they joined the | ||
| club, they should work hard towards a same goal using | |||
| the most efficient style... So what if others is not doing | |||
| as told? That particular person could start by setting a | |||

| The committee of the club is another thing for me to sigh | |||
| alot about.. Imagine the committee members do not | |||
| attend the lessons, set bad examples, unsure of what to | |||

do every minute. Is that a good leading committee? | ||

| imagine your who advance level guitar player is not | |||
| disciplined. They chatter about during practice time in | |||
| front of the instructor, they play their own part when the | |||
| instructor wants only , for example the 3rd guitar's part. | |||
| They do not have discipline... Which made me go home | |||
| alone after the practice.. Usually i would join them for | |||
| dinner no matter what but today i went back home for | |||

| Before the freshies came in, i was reviewed by them that | |||
| i was too strict and fierce so i changed during lesson by | |||
| being like a clown but i felt i didn't work out well.. i got | |||
| lesser discipline in return.. Music is something that |

| requires a lot of personal discipline... | |||
| Talking about discipline.. when i was in primary school | |||
| right click set as background or | i remember the teacher always talk about this word | ||
| save target as | discipline and i never understand what it means and let | ||
| it pass by me. Now i realise that this is actually very | |||
| important... i mean i try to be more relax but the more | |||
| relax i am to the members the more they will be lack of | |||
| discipline... i think i will start explaining to them my | |||
| concept and hope they would do something about it.. | |||
