Sub: Special funds under Minor Works for 2007-08 –reg.

Ref : CESZ / SMT / GD Tech / 2007  dt.  31.10.2007

 

 

         Kind reference is invited to our circular e-mail dated 31-10-07 on "Special funds under Minor Works for 2007-08". Directorate has informed that the tentative amount, projected by each station has been allotted directly to the station.

 

It is requested that Head of Engg. section may kindly checkup whether additional fund has already been included with LOC  released by Directorate in this month.

 

If so they are here by instructed to forward the estimate and W-form as per the instn given in the above ref. circular. In case funds has been released and estimate is yet to be obtained, they may approach CCW authorities and obtain estimate and immediately forward to Zonal office.

 

           All the 14 stations are requested to intimate the status of funds released and  availability of estimate(s) to Zonal office on or before 4-12-07.

  

           As soon as fund is released by Directorate the estimates (in triplicate) and W form should be sent, with in 24 hours, BY SPEED POST, and   by name to Shri. R. Satyamurthy, DDE for issuing expenditure sanction of the competent authority. The funds are to be used for the specific purpose for which this special grant is given by Directorate on recommendation of Zonal office.

        Shri. R. Satyamurthy, DDE may also be contacted ( after issue of E mail reminder to him) if sanctioned copy of estimate is NOT received by stations with in a week to 10 days of its despatch from the station.
