CIRCULAR
As already intimated by zonal office to all Engg.
Heads , there will be a preliminary discussion with CESZ on 4th
March 2007 , in Mysore, as a part of the South Zone Maintenance Meet 2007 on 5th
and 6th March , chaired by our E-in-C.
In the
preliminary meet, dicussion will also be held on the replies received from
stations / report prepared by Zonal office. It is requested
that those stations who have not yet uploaded / sent the reports or replies so far to circulars
mentioned below may please send them at the
earliest.
They may
also give new suggestions / inform of
further actions taken on these matters , during the discussions in
the meeting.

Note:- It is
mentioned that the replies received from stations for RT 33 / similar
communication link was not filled up correctly and there was
some file sharing / rights permission and consequent corruption of file
.Hence it is requested that the reply may kindly be sent
again by all stations, on or before 10/02/2007. This time we will provide
a link to stations to view this compiled data in the server ( but
from 31-01-2007 at 1500 Hrs) to ensure and get confirmation that your
data is written and is in tact !! Zonal office may please be
contacted in case of any clarification on any matter.
