Sub:- Preparation of Power Point Presentation about stations

                         This has reference to our circular requesting all the Engg Heads to prepare power point presentation of their stations. Later we had selected a few stations and requested them to complete the work before 15-02-2008 as we wanted to adopt it  as a model and to include certain features of their works in other stations presentations. I am happy to inform that in many stations , work is going ahead well in spite of the long  amount of time and very hard work it involves. We have so far received presentation copies from Kannur and Mysore.

            .           We are also aware of added problem of preparation in major stations as there are working for more than 50 years  with three or four centers, a number of transmitters and staff quarters,   and  their data may be voluminous.  They have difficulties to cope with additional works as   financial year coming to a close. So  a little more time is definitely required in their cases.

                          It is therefore requested that all other stations may try to finish their work as early as possible, and by the end of March 2008.

                        All matters concerning power point presentations from stations will be looked after by  Smt. R. Vasumathy, AE  in sound Maintenance section and accordingly    E mails and CDs if sent by POST may be addressed to her by name.
