Sir /Madam,                              

It is observed that a number of Engineering Officers / Officials of AIR stations have functioned / are functioning as installation officers for various projects as approved by this office at various times in the past and present. Since we do not have a complete list of such additional works handled by staff, it is requested that the following details may please be sent to us as form report for the period from 1-4-2006. In case there are more than one Installation officers in the same station individual forms are to be submitted for each officer ( Click the link again for a fresh form ).

            A report may be sent with remarks , if any, after the date of completion also, or earliest by 31.3.2007.
