           It is learnt that there are pending valve claims for the imported Electron Tubes also  supplied through SECS  and these cases are to be finally disposed off by Stattion Engineer Central Stores.  Hence this office proposes to collect and consolidate the information regarding the valve claim on imported valves, so that collective action will be taken with SECS.   In view of the above, all the Engineering heads are requested to upload the details of pending claim(s) for the imported valves (either free replacement or pro rata payment against premature failure of valve and claim pending with Insurance Company ) with relevant details in the form which can be accessed by clicking the link below. (Due before 29.02.08)
