Sub: Feedback Proforma on
Functioning of Sound Maintenance Section and P cell of o/o CESZ
The Sound Maintenance
section of SZ has a single Director now in me and I am also in charge of P cell
of zonal office. This gives all of us power and convenience to implement
various effective and efficient system of governance and help to stations and
individuals with out the problem arising out of dual leadership.
I have already made
my Aim and Objectives clear to our Chief Engineer and all the staff in the
Sound Maintenance section and P cell (and also Zonal Office) . We are ever
ready to take the suggestions of stations and even criticism that will be
viewed as better way of reaching our goals.
I invite stations to
fill up the pro forma containing any our 5 numbers of our strength and positive
points you think to be so (if you can
list, if any) and 5 numbers of our weakness and your suggestions (if you can
limit). It is assured that any of your
inputs will not have any adverse effect on you from me or any of the Sound
Maintenance section staff at any time as such matters are decided finally by an
authority above us all.
The points and suggestions may be uploaded
before 18th Feb 2008.
