CIRCULAR

Sub : Monthly Return of Revenue - Paid / Outstanding
from M/s BSNL towards News on Phone Service

            It is seen that a large amount  for payment,  towards News on Phone service is outstanding from M/s BSNL. It is noted that, with exception of AIR, Trivandrum, no other station has realized the amount due till date. It is felt that unless constant effort is made by stations, there will be a huge outstanding amount, which will be objected by audit later. Hence Engineering Heads are requested to maintain constant liaison  with M/s BSNL, to see that no huge amount remains outstanding. 

           It is requested that a monthly report, as per the form attached ( Click the link) may be uploaded, by 15th of every month.
