All Engineering Heads are hereby requested to hold Monthly Meetings, preferably between 20th to 25th of each month, with all engineering staff ( Gazetted and Non-Gazetted ) so that all Technical and Welfare measures in respect of all the centers may discussed so as to obtain the support of all staff, for proper coordination.
The minutes of meeting may be prepared and kept with the Engineering Head for suitable follow-up. The minutes 'NEED NOT BE SENT TO ZONAL OFFICE'.
However, it is requested that confirmation that Monthly Meetings will held according to the instructions sent herewith may kindly be sent by email by 15.1.2008 ( Subject : MONTHLY MEETINGS).
