Sub: - Nominations for the Training Courses of 2^nd quarter.

 

Ref:  This office circular no. No.CESZ/SMT/GT/TRG/2007-08 dated: 12.11.07

 

 

With reference to the above circular, some stations had sent their nominations for the whole year and some stations had sent their nominations for the first quarter only.  Because of the above reason and due to time constraint, only the nominations had been sent to STI (T) for the first quarter only.  

 

Stations are sending their nominations by e-mail and by post and in word and in Excel format.  So compilation for nominations takes time. In view of the above, this office had proposed to get the nominations uploaded in the standard format.  Hence the stations are requested to upload their nominations as per the form attached (click the link).  The nominations for the 2^nd quarter may be uploaded before 15^th Feb 2008.

After the call letter is issued by STI (T), if any nominee is not able to attend any particular training due to any reason, the same may be intimated to STI (T) by the station with a copy to this office.  As far as possible, a suitable substitute should be sent in his place, satisfying all the requirement for the training.
