-Indent for supply of spares, yet to be received from Central
Stores.

With reference to the above cited circular, stations are
requested to contact SECS over phone for the supply of spares to them
as we have come to know that a large number of spares already indented by
station and are of urgent nature have since been received by SECS.
If the spares are not
supplied even after contacting SECS, the stations are requested give list of
such spares with reference to recommendation from Zonal Office so that these
cases are taken up by us.
It is therefore stated that whether there is a pending supply from
Central Stores against valid recommendation from Zonal Office, it requires to be
pursued and a fresh indent be sent.
