It is noted that stations viz. Bangalore, Brahmavar, Hyderabad, Kavaratti, Mangalore ,
Nizamabad, Port Blair, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Trivandrum, are yet to reply to our circular vide letter
No CESZ / SMT / GD / 2007-08 dated 5.11.07 communicated via email / website on the "Works
yet to be taken up by C.C.W. wing" . They are hereby instructed to UPLOAD the data / NIL
report without fail before 29th Nov 2007

2. WORKS FOR WHICH ESTIMATES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED...
Zonal office has been informed by some stations, that CCW is not attending to a few references, made to them like visit by
CCW engineers and urgent need of submitting estimates for works. Hence such problems faced by stations may be elaborated by
stations in the section of the report. Stations who have already uploaded the report as per Para 1, may also upload again only
if such problems exists in their stations, without fail before 29th Nov 2007. Details may be filled in the Column 6. Remarks
& Necessary Details.
It is informed that a meeting of
CCW engineers is scheduled on 5th December
2007.
