Want to be a Polished Communicator? Join Diplomatic Toastmasters

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn fosters self-confidence and personal growth.

COMMUNICATION

We can show you how to become a confident, effective speaker through an enjoyable, thoroughly professional, educational program. Adults learn best by doing, and that's how Toastmasters works. We provide a safe environment for you to start speaking.

LEADERSHIP

If you are interested in gaining leadership experience, you may choose to serve as a club officer. Our club has a president, and vice-presidents of education, membership, and public relations, as well as secretary, treasurer and sergeant-at-arms. Additional opportunities are available at area, division, district, regional and international levels.

WHY DIPLOMATIC TOASTMASTERS?

At Diplomatic Toastmasters you will recognize the value of a non-threatening atmosphere for fostering your self-development efforts. The level of camaraderie is high and the atmosphere is cooperative and supportive.

Since we are a community club, our members come from varied backgrounds. Our diverse membership brings a rich variety of interests, making our meetings lively and entertaining!

Diplomatic Toastmasters has a solid record of achievement. We have received numerous accolades such as the President's Distinguished Club Award, one of the highest honors in Toastmasters. Our members compete in and win in speech contests, and district leaders have emerged from our club, including District and Area Governors.
