| Lourinhanosaurus antunesi Meaning: Antunes' Lourinh lizard Mass: ? Length: 4.5 m Lived: In Portugal in the late Jurassic (late Kimmeridgian to early Tithonian - around 150.7 million years ago) Place in the cladogram: Tetanurae (Sinraptoridae? / Torvosauridae?) It's uncertain whether Lourinhanosaurus antunesi is part of Sinraptoridae or other kind of tetanuran (possibily Torvosauridae). I decided to take the most common aproach on this drawing, and based this restoration on the sinraptorids Sinraptor dongi and Yangchuanosaurus. To see the old image click here |
