DaVinci's Restuarant -- if you're ever in Beverly Hills -- GO THERE!
It's the nicest place I've ever been in -- warm and inviting -- and if you mention
Dean -- they treat you like royalty. Sly Stallone was 2 booths away and we
got better treatment!! Got Dean's booth, Dean's waiter, dean's meal, listening to
dean's music . . . the waiter told us all about Dean and the owner, Dominick,
did as well -- and even showed us pictures and asked us to come back!!!
They ADORED Dean (his painting hangs on the wall -- and this is not a
spot w/ celebrity photos!! This is high class!).

Every waiter in the place said something to us!! The food was incredible too!
Dean would begin preparing to go there about 4:30 and always arrived at 7:30 --
and RARELY ate alone. Almost always joined by Mort or family or friends
once he got there. Besides, he was well taken care of by the waiters & Dominick!
He was not lonely, sitting in the dark, and drunk (I couldn't get through all of the
meal he ate!! WOW!). By all accounts (& I agree having been there) he was very
happy there to spend his last years surrounded by friends and good food and the public!
