It's spring and here we have many traditions to celebrate that. This year I was invited to go on a traditional 1st of may bike tour. (for the people that haven't talked to me lately) It's been quiet long that I have been bicycling. But I think I did pretty well. Now just have a look at the pictures and see for yourself. The tour was in "WEST"germany. I was invited to it from some lifeguards that I had met in the summers were I/we were lifeguarding on the baltic sea. We had fun then and now too. And of course we had many stories to tell and warm up. Oh gee, some things, it seems, will never be forgotten.

Well, Well we made it. 45.1km. Thank god the weather was great.
Want to know what my boots did above the grill?
Well, I was sober and didn't make it around a curve. Of course the ditch was filled with disgusting smelling water and mud. So right after we got to the farm, I took a shower and my boots took a bath. I figured the fastst way to dry them would be above the fire and the only fire we had was our grill.

It had been almost 3 years that we have seen or heard from eachother
I hope I can make it to next years tour. Maybe with a smaller bike but then with more "Cobi". So that I wont fall again. |
