| The fourth de la Salle-daughter. She is twenty years old and behaves allready like a housewife. She is always sensible, not very funny but in her own way charming. She is quite pretty and nice but not very commendable. A simple woman, a good and faithful wife of a clergyman, Mr. Derenger. They live at his parsonage in a village called Dellingsford. She cannot visit La Rose often because it is very far away. |
