Act of contrition
O my God i ma heartily sorry for having offended thee I destest all my sins because of thy just punishments,but most of all because tey offend thee, my God who art all good and deserving of all my love, I firmly resolve, with the help of thy grace, to confess my sins to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

Act of Faith
Om God, I rirmly believe that thou art one God in three Divine persons, Father, son and Holy spirit I belive that thy Divine son became man and died for our sins, and that the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because thou hast revealed tem, who can neither deveive nor be deceived.
