This one I spent a while thinking over where it should go. First it was going to be 012 (There's nothing there), then 035 (Strange) but I eventually decided to put it in 037 (The Scariest Thing).
OMG, Flat-chested Rouge! What is this world coming to? If that doesn't scare you, I dunno what will.
By the way, don't get this picture wrong, I am actually a fan of Rouge. ^^;;
