Vanilla Creme Filling

3 Tbsp. Margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. Shortening
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Small Jar Marshmallow Creme
2/3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Cream margarine and shortening in small mixer bowl. Gradually beat in marshmallow creme. Blend in vanilla and powdered sugar; beat to spreading consistency. Mixture will be thick. Makes enough for one "Fudge Brownie Pie", or for 20 "Giant Oreos" (one batch "Chocolate Cookies"). Also good to serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
