
1/2 Cup Butter
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in crawfish, soy sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute' until onions and garlic are wilted. Toss fettucini with 2 Tablespoons butter and Parmesan cheese until nicely coated. To serve, mound warm noodles on plate and spoon crawfish mixture over it. Quick, easy and different.
1 Pound Crawfish Tails
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
6 ounces Fettucini Noodles, Cooked and Drained
2 Tblsp. Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
