Brenda's "Easy" Cajun Chili

6 lbs. Ground Beef
12 small cans Tomato Sauce
1 lge. Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Chili Powder (your choice)
5 tbs. Tabasco Hot Sauce (any hot sauce)
Red Pepper to Taste

Brown meat and onions in large pot drain fat add red pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder, and hot sauce. Let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more pepper or hot sauce to taste. Serve hot in a gumbo bowl over small corn chips. Also very good on a hotdog. Serves 15 TO 18.
