Discover the origins of many of the city's street names with this early '90s publication.  Although other books have appeared since about this same subject, this one has over 30 large and detailed photographs.  A couple of the photographs have appeared in other books about Liverpool, but at least here they are full-page in size.  Approximately 400 streets are featured including groups of streets such as the 'Holy land' or 'Dickens streets'
