World of Warcraft
The Saviours of Azeroth

The Crusade of the Phoenixious

Ok chaps and ladies, to let you know by keeping you in the loop, I've been approached with an offer
to join a Guild that's focused on high level raids. They have a current lack in Paladin's and have
judged me to be a good choice for game attitude if that makes sense.

They wish to give me a testing run, to make sure I am able to perform in the raid/grouping architecture.
Carry out roles given/associated and so on.

But, by now, chances are you're thinking, "oh no, we've lost another 60", and as far as I've gathered,
I'm seen as quite a major part of the Guild. As many chaps confer with me for general info, I'm often asked to help,
and if I'm able to I'll do my best to help. Even the 'material' runs I'll do now and then be it cloth, ore etc...
Plus, I believe our illustrious leader, none other than Draku/Cairo, thinks highly of me too.
...doing my best not to sound big headed.

But don't worry. I'd leave the Alt's in the Guild so I'm not severed from the Guild.
Reason being is when I came into the Guild; I was one of only two 60's! And the Guild also was small.
I've helped build the Guild and over a few months it's now huge as it is, with over fifteen 60's.
Not bad for a Guild that was doomed by the old Guild peers of our Guild Master who said it would never grow!
The Guild its self is a very good Guild, based on simple rules which have worked so well.
Thus I have no intention to fully sever links as we still have many low levels that require help!
And what's more, if the other Guild wishes to take me in, I'm planning to treat it not as a
Guild to Guild transfer, but quite the opposite!

I'll be treating the scenario such that, I'm moving to a guild that's got a huge information and knowledge base into the
'ways' of raiding and the knowledge of the high level instances and raid instances that we do not posses.
Knowing this, I can use my time in there to tap into and learn the ways as it were, and then, I can pass
such knowledge onto the Saviours of Azeroth (SoA) by then Grouping/Raiding with you and helping to mentor
you in the same ways I will be if I join up.
The other thing about is then if I'm in here, I act as embassidor for SoA.
And hopefuly, be able to provide good reference to allow them to raid with SoA.

Plus, if by doing this I can get my hands on some rather nice Epic gear, then I'll be all the better to help out,
much like Ramza. He is one better as he has got the gear and knowledge from his previous Guild and so, now being
in the SoA he can put all his experience into helping us out.
And believe me, that's what I intend to do myself.

So all in all, if the move happens then I'm also doing it with the SoA Guild in mind, with the goal
to provide greater help than I can now.

Besides, if I can get my Alt's, or at least one of them up to 60, then you still have a lvl 60 Pho. :D
Just the Pho will not be the LvL60 Pala Pho. But the Chap behind the Toon will still be the same. :D

But as events unfold, I will keep the Guild firmly up to date, so that you're 100% in the loop.

Plus, I've just had a thought, if, when instancing, I come across decent gear/weapons etc, Blue or Epic
that is placed to a 'Greed' by all, and I happen to get it, I could then perhaps even feed SoA with them.
But I don't know how the loot system works when Big Raid groups are out. Guessing a 'master loot'
and then he will deal the loot accordingly. But if the above scenario happens, then I'll see what
I can do with respect to passing down good loot.

Contact...

Regards keeping in contact if I move and the 'in the loop' with respect to events as they unfold,
I'll still be able to speak as normal when using the Mage (Phoenixian) or Priest (Healious) as they
are not moving.

Regards 'in the loop', I'll still be in the Guild and so can /o chat, or Whisper you. Plus I'll attempt
to use this site to upload information.

If I do move over, then I'll add a link to this page in the SoA Guild Forum for the rest of the Guild
to read to understand the the whole scenario. :D

And so I have chosen to call it 'The Crusade of the Phoenixious', 'cause in a way that's what it is. Go off
on a quest, with the hope to return with the knowledge/power to help those you left behind.
