A descrie esenta practicii Zen & Dzogchen in citeva rinduri poate parea un hazard, dar pentru dinu asta e ceea ce a inteles si urmeaza in practica sa personala; existind atitea Sutre si Tantre si atitia maestrii iluminati, nu a fost usor a alege un reprezentant demn de traditia care a generat mii de Maestrii cunoscuti si alte sute de mii de necunoscuti.
Dinu a ales Maestrul Zen Huang-Po ca cel mai demn reprezentant de Zen ori C'an si considera invataturile sale drept Universale si ca Principii de Baza pentru o Stiinta Spirituala.
Esenta de Practica spirituala descrisa mai jos este deschisa pentru toti si nu cere nici un Model Mistic ori Cult specific pentru a putea fi puse in aplicatie; Dinu considera invataturile, sfaturile spirituale drept legi spirituale care vor fi adoptate de noua Stiinta Spirituala la care este angajat.

to function with the Unborn Buddha Mind, as Bankei said)

keep your mind motionless at all times practicing no-thought creation(don't
create any intentional thoughts) with your mind like blocks of stone

put an end to ceaseless flow of thoughts & images

as thought succedes thought, avoid clinging to them

to make use of your minds , to think conceptually is to leave the substance

It is by preventing the rise of conceptual thought that you will realize
buddhi

All that is needed is to refrain from allowing concepts to arise

refrain from intelectual processes and conceptual thought: such non-intelection
is following the Way(Buddha's Way)

Only awake to the One Mind and there is no thing whatsoever to be attained

People indulge in conceptual thought based on environmental phenomena,
hence they feel desire& hatred. To eliminate environmental phenomena
, just put an end to conceptual thought. When this ceases, environmental
phenomena are void: when this are void thought ceases. Thus all things
are nought but Mind!

Ca sa realizezi Aceasta, practica Oprirea Gindirii Conceptuale:

Petreceti tot timpul fie ca esti asezat, culcat, mergind ori stind invatind
a opri activitatea mintii de formare de concepte.

nu acoperi mintea(realitatea- realitatea imediata) cu gind conceptual(invata
sa functionezi cu Mintea Nenascuta a lui Buddha, asa cum spune Bankei)
-
mentine mintea ta inactiva tot timpul , practicind creatia de nici
un gind ( nu crea nici un gind intentional) cu mintea ta ca un bloc de
piatra.
-
pune un stop la curgerea gindurilor si imaginilor neintrerupte
-
asa cum gindul succede gindului, ferestete de a te atasa de ele!
-
a face uz de mintea ta, a gindi conceptual inseamna sa parasesti substanta
si sa te atasezi de forme
-
este prin a preveni productia de ginduri conceptuale ca vei realiza Buddhi
( Mintea Iluminata a unui Buddha)
-
tot ce trebuie facut este de a te abtine de a lasa conceptele sa apara
( in mintea ta)
-
abtine-te de la procese intelectuale si gind conceptual: asa o neitelectualizare
inseamna a urma Calea (Calea Buddhista, Exemplul lui Buddha)

numai trezeste-te la Mintea Unica si nimic nu mai va fi trebuit sa fie
atins

oamenii se lasa (folosesc) in gindul conceptual bazat pe mediul inconjurator
, si de aici ei au dorinte si ura. A elimina fenomenele mediului, numai
pune un stop la gindul conceptual. Cind acesta inceteaza, fenomenele
inconjuratoare sint goale ( vide) : cind acestea sint vide, gindul inceteaza.
Astfel toate lucrurile sint nimic altceva decit Minte!
Dinu spune ca aceasta scurta esenta de practica Zen este suficienta pentru a te ilumina ! A citi sute de autori si mii de sutre, nu este cazul si in final toate ajung la aceeasi concluzie, anume:
Inceteaza
functionarea cu hemisfera stinga- rationala si intelectuala a creerului
si incepe a lua in folosinta functionarea cu hemisfera dreapta, spatiala,
spirituala care este poarta si conectia fizica cu Constienta in Sine insasi!
Din
traditia Dzogchen , Dinu se va opri la Maestrul contemporan Norbu Namkhai
care in cartea sa " Oglinda" da sfaturi pentru practica spirituala Dzogchen.
Mai jos este esenta practicii Dzogchen extrasa de Dinu din carte:
Textul Englezesc:
1.
When the mind is naturally released and present, it comes to itself in
its authentic state.
2.
When thoughts arise. one should try to acknowledge these thoughts, but
don't enter into action.
3.The
moment the thoughts are recognized, they relax into their own condition.
4.Observe
the state of thought itself and do not lose presence.
5.don't
enter into actions instigated by thoughts and conditionated by impulses
& drives.
6.Don't
get captivated by sensory imput from the senses, and visible forms.
7.The
Calm state is the essence of the mind and the movement is its energy; they
are two inseparable aspects of the same reality; the sea and its waves.
8.Mantaining
presence one must simply acknowledge whatever thoughts arise and just continue
observing the state of "movement".
9.
" To meditate" only means to keep presence both of the state of calm
and of that of movement: there is nothing on which to meditate!
10.At
the moment of perceiving a particular form, without assesing whether it
is beautiful or ugly ( this is conceptualization, a left brain activity
- Dinu zice asta...) , just stay relaxed in recognizing it.
11.If
a thought arises that does judge it as beautiful or ugly, one should continue
to stay present in the recognition of that thought, without forgetting
the recognition state.
12.
The point is to stay with the presence of the actual recognition of whatever
one is perceiving.
13.
Not getting distracted means being present in everything we do: if I think
of getting up and walking, I get up with the recognition that this thought
hasd arisen. Presence in what I thought and what I am now doing is enough.
14.
Continuing in the State of non-dual presence (which is the true condition
of our mind) means NOT FOLLOWING THOUGHTS concerning the past, not creating
thoughts concerning the future and remaining in the present moment in the
real condition as it is .
15.When
one remains in meditation without distraction and with the mind left freee,
the calm state and movement follow each other like waves.
16.Recognition
means the have presence of both the state of calm and of movement.
17.Maintaining
presence without entering into judgement (conceptualization) is the Way.
18.
In seated meditation, even if various thoughts arise, we are of course
aware of them, and know that we must not enter into action. But when we
finish our session and get up, it is important that we maintain the preseance
of awareness.

In concluzie, aceasta este esenta practicilor Zen & Dzogchen expuse de cei mai mari maestrii pe care *Dinu ii considera iluminati. Aceste sfaturi se pot pune in practica de oricine si in viitor Stiinta Spiritual va elucida mecanismul cognitiv-Spiritual care este la baza acestei noi Perceptii, care ajuta la schimbarea Perspectivei asupra lumii, ducind la Trezirea Spirituala, care inseamna Realizarea Adevarului, anume ca tu de fapt esti o constienta Nemarginita care include toate formele existente, cit si Constienta Pura care este In Sine Insasi un Vid Necalificabil.
