An online friend runs a board for Steely Dan fans to post about various topics, sometimes related to SD, often times not. She calls her board the "Rumpus Room" and she has this old gnome figurine as the mascot which she calls "Rumpus."
She'll place him somewhere and take a photo for use as a top-of-the-page pic. One day I was inspired to start "photoshopping" him into some Donald Fagen / Steely Dan album covers just for fun. Some are better than others, but this page shows the results.
The Rumpus Scam one is easily the worst. It looks OK on my old monitor, but when I later saw it on a newer bright flat screen monitor it looked, well, not so hot. Oh well, too late to fix it now.
The best ones are those where I not only inserted Rumpus, but also was able to change the text in some way. My three favorites:
