DARKNESS As darkness falls around me, another day has gone by. I'll try to do my best, then I'll sit and sigh. It's very hard to fight one fears. They have been hanging around, for many many years. For who will I be, if I don't have all this inside of me. For this is my goal, oh can't you see? It's part of the work, I must overcome the pain in my heart. Spread my love to each one of you, so you, can be a part. Can I withstand the power of evil, for he is so real. For everything I have, he wants to steal. I have withstood the many of years of pain from you. Always to return, many lessons, still a lot to do. Can I put a smile upon my face? Close my eyes, I'm taken away, to that special place. Where Spirits fly high and free, a world where I can cope. Beautiful colours is all I can see, fills my world with hope. Replenish my Spirit, for I am weak. Come to me Lord, it's time for me to hear You speak. I get down on my knees and I pray to Thee. Strenghten my soul, please won't You carry me. Pull me from the darkness, and the sorrow.
