Harley has Sensory Intrigation Issues and is receiving weekly therapy treatments. He really enjoys his therapists and everyone there is so nice and very helpful too. We have daily homework assignments from the therapists to do here at home, which is a big help. He also has ADHD, PTSD plus Developmental and Speech/Language Delays.
He's my little helper. He now plugs in the vacuum cleaner and cleans the rugs for me. Sometimes I don't even have to ask, he just does it. He enjoys helping in putting away the grocieries, of course I have to go back and organize it, but that's ok, as long as he wants to help I'm not going to stop him. As you can tell RED is his favorite color. He says it helps calm him.
Harley is really enjoying school, even when he has his bad days. He misses Ms. Vickie and his bus drivers from KY and talks about them often. Harley is my serious little boy. He feels he has to be in control at all times. The doctors have changed around his medications for his ADHD, so hopefully there will be more days of smiling, hugs and kisses he wants to share with us. He loves peanutbutter and pickle sandwiches, just like his mommy...lol. |
