| I started writing way back in November 1993. I was only a little boy then. A friend at school asked me why I read novels all the time, and I told him "because I want to write them." He laughed. I started writing an hour later. I showed him the first six pages. He laughed louder. Soon, the whole dormitory was laughing at me. I didn't stop writing. Twelve years and countless rejections later, I'm still writing. There's a novel I'm trying to sell, a mystery-horror-sci-fi set in rural Africa. I'm currently working on the first book of a mystery-fantasy triology. Success always seems to be a step away. Two of my short stories will appear in anthologies this year, in Bards and Sages and in Shadow Sword anthology by Coyote Moons Publications. |
