Our foot massage revitalises the body to supply energy on all levels , because according to Polarity theory , unimpeded energy must flow between the negative (-) and positive (+) poles that every atom and cell contains. In other words the Yin and Yang energy currents must compliment each other in energy.

A True Story :

Since 1983 , I have been a victim of ASTHMA . As from 1988 , I had to carry two inhalers with me. Anytime an attack will come. There are no advance alarms in this sickness. It is also a very fatal disease. What causes it , is NOT confirmed to a definite source , but for some reason it has an allergy cause . It too can be caused by irregularities in our way of life , our emotions and even weather changes. As we all know , that as we progress into maturity our body deteriorates too , due to unaccountable reasons and causes , which we in our daily life cannot reckon. Because of frequent attacks , I became a permanant guest of the emergency ward in Hospital Besar.

Today the above is history to me. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall , 150 pounds in weight. I can sit in a closed box size 23" by 21" by 16" for 45 minutes . This was reported in " SIN CHEW JIT POH " newspaper on APRIL 6 , 2001. My poor state of health encouraged me into studying this masterpiece of creation by the infinite power , which we call the human body in depth. Do you know there are more than 60 trilion cells working harmoniously together to keep us going during our fixed at birth lifespan ?

No power on earth can match the fighting spirit of our individual cells which is clearly demonstrated in cancer patients , for it takes time for cancer patients to expire their life , though in agony. I am convinced that health cannot be purchased in any form , but has to be  earned through a continuous dedicated effort , just like our professions , which create financial stability for us. It needs time and devotion.

Our body is the most priceless , exclusive single possession of human dignity because in it dwells the eternal spirit that cannot be extinguished even in death.
