Talalora, Samar. The Community - Based Management System (CBMS) Technical Working Group of this Municipality, in which the MLGOO is one of the members, conducted an MDG - CBMS Orientation Briefing for BHWs and Barangay Secretaries at the DILG Municipal Office on July 11, 2006. The activity is part of the series of similar cluster Orientations for enumerators of the CBMS Household Profiling. The cluster approach aims to minimize expenses, for participants to thoroughly with the survey and to personally coach them on a one-on-one basis. |
