DILG Provincial Office has reached another milestone with the publication of ASPIRE Newsletter. It is a concrete indication of the dynamism and ingenuity of its people � one of the dedicated forces to reckon with in propelling Samar to progress.
There are at least two primary reasons for its inception. One is to provide the audience with the updates on local governance and development in this part of the country. Another is to intrinsically promote organizational effectiveness and productivity as a result of awareness, motivation and developed self-confidence for the recognition given in the annals of DILG Samar.
Thus, ASPIRE Newsletter is a proactive response to the vision, mission and mandate of DILG in general, and to the local ASPIRE goal of Advancing Samar Province in Regional Excellence for the second semester and beyond, in particular.
