| 1 lb ground beef 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1 small onion.grated or chopped fine Pepper and salt to taste |

| 1 can cr of mushroom soup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |

| Mix first 5 ingredients together and make small balls. Brown in oil in skillet and pour off excess fat. Add mushroom soup and worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on top of stove slowly for 1/2 hr or bake in oven. Add water to this if necessary. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 3_4 people | ||||||||||||
