3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

| Impossible Cheeseburger Pie | ||||||||||
| 1 lb ground beef 1 1/2 Cups chopped onion 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup Bisquick 3 eggs 2 tomatoes sliced 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |

| Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10" by 1 1/2" deep). Brown beef and onions And drain off fat. Spread meat mixture in bottom of pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat mixture and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange sliced tomatoes over the top of casserole, then sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5-8 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins before serving. | ||||||||||
