Where to go...

In Montreal, there is but one university that offers a School of Pharmacy. Neither Concordia nor McGill offer the program, so you anglo students out there are s**t outta luck if you don't speak, write and understand french. The only other option is packing up and heading to Ontario (certain testimonials state that that is quite the character building experience). There's always the US, but unless your parents have the financial backing of a small country (expect tuition to cost in upwards of 25 thousand US dollars a year, roughly the equivalent to 10 quintillion CAN dollars), you are a star athlete (pharmacy school and sports don't mix) or have good enough grades to get financial aid in the form of grants or scholarships, I suggest remaining in Canada.

For you bilinguals, such as myself, the University of Montreal offers one of the most complete and fundementally sound programs in the world! And I don't just say that cuz it's my alma mater... The University of Laval (up near Quebec City) also offers a pharmacy program which is roughly similar. So that gives you 2 choices... But choose wisely. Make sure you get to tour the school, talk to students (like myself), check out the curriculum, and make sure the school you choose offers what YOU want.
