PageBuilder is the name of Yahoo! Geocities' easy to use WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) web page authoring tool. All sites here were PageBuilder generated. It's easy as point and click, and rich interactive content is a snap to insert. Only your imagination, and the time you are willing to devote to a project will limit your web creativity.
Web sites can serve as a means for one to maintain access to far more than "Favorites" in any browser can conveniently hold.

I should attend meetings where I have to stand up and say "My name is Bob, and I am a PageBuilder junkie..."
Few things are more fun or rewarding than web page design. Since it doesn't need to be fed or walked, and it's free, it's the perfect hobby for most people. Web site making is now within anybodies' reach. If it weren't easy, I wouldn't bother. I'm too lazy to learn HTML, and keep javascript, macromedia, and other code insertions down to a dull roar.
If you don't Yahoo! you're just flailing about.
Get your ID (e-mail address) above, then choose Geocities on the Yahoo! front page to start your web site. HINT: Register a name which reflects your intended site. The Yahoo! ID here is "digitbin," or "[email protected]" The "PageBuilder" option is the best, but there are "wizards" for even simpler pages.
