The reason why Henry kept refusing the evolution was because of the reckless event that occured as well as other events in the past. Thanks to a strong attack from Terriermon and a card slash from Henry, Gorillamon was defeated. Takato learned somthing important about how two people can get over a crisis without any evolution but by working together. A mysterious event just took place at Takato's school. Mysterious lime lines have been drawn all over the schoolyard. The event's unknown cause has lead some kids to make up ghost stories. Watching a game, Calumon dreams of being able to play soccer. Takato finds out that Calumon was the Criminal and discussed with Henry on a suitable partner for Calumon. Can they find a suitable partner for Calumon? What is the reason of Calumon being in the real world?

6.O Partner, Where Art Thou?
Takato dissagree with Rika that Digimons are only fighting machines. Takato tried to talk to Rika but she refused to listen. The next day, a digital fog appeared. Rika and Renamon rushed to the scene. However, upon arriving at the scene, Rika finds that she's in way over her head and requires Henry and Takato's help. HAnry and Takato sees the fog and came to her aid. Rika was frustrated that Renamon didn't digivolve. Now, Rika and Renamon wanders around the town at night waiting for another enemy to face. They find a strange digimon that claims to have no partner. What is the mystery behind the Tamers? Who is the dark Digimon? What will Rika do without Renamon by her side?

7.Now You See It, Now You Don't
Takato noticed that Guilmon starts to get erased while taking a stroll at night. He gets worried and goes to Henry for some advise. He visits Rika afterwards. Both the advise worries him even more. Takato and Guilmon heads home, leaving their worries behind them when suddenly, Guilmon dissapeared completely. Takato cries but didn't give up. With the help of Henry and Rika, Takato went to search for Guilmon. They find a digital fog in a tunnel and they also found Guilmon there. Takato frees Guilmon but Yamaki deletes the digital fog. Luckily, they all got out of the fog just in time.

8.A Question of Trust
A kid prankster is on the loose, or so they thought. It was just Impmon but Takato thinks it was Guilmon and throws a fit. A digital fog appears and out came a Devidramon. Guilmon tries to fight but was overpowered. Terriermon tells Takato that the prankster wasn't Guilmon. Takato feels ashamed of himself when his D-Arc glowed. Guilmon digivolved for the first time and Growlmon was born. Growlmon defeated Devidramon and then growled while looking at the tamers. Will Growlmon have Takato for lunch?

9.As Not Seen on TV
Last time, Growlmon defeated Devidramon and looked scary which scared Takato, but the reality is that Growlmon was more scared. He really wanted to change back to Guilmon because he doesn't want to scare Takato. Takato and Growlmon tried many ways but nothing seems to work. Terriermon and Henry helped Takato out by painting Growlmon so he can hide while Takato goes to school. Then, it rained and all the paint was washed out. When it seems that all hopes was gone, a rainbow came out and Growlmon de-digivolved back to Guilmon.

10.The Icemon Cometh
Rika wanders how Terriermon and Guilmon had digivolved since their tamers aren't that good in her opinion. Rika felt that something cold was pulling her and decided to go home. She ordered Renamon to look if there was anyone stalking her. Renamon stated that she will protect Rika. Rika says she didn't need any protecting and stormed off. Rika was then pulled into and ice dome and Icedevimon showed up. He want's to be Rika's partner and showed her his shrine of frozen digimons. Icedevimon said that Rika neded a digimon that understands her and Renamon is not fit for the job and Rika got mad and stated that Icedevimon will never compare to Renamon. Henry and Takato got there and gets into a battle. Takato used a 'Hyper Wing' card on Guilmon and things starts to turn around.

11.Much Ado About Musyamon
Henry and Terriermon fightsa because Terriermon wants to fight but Henry doesn't allow it. Meanwhile, a digimon Yamaki destroyed reconfigured and turned out to be Musyamon and came into the real world. Takato and Guilmon got into the fight. Takato tried the card combo he used before to defeat Icedevemon but it didn't work. Musyamon nearly killed a girl but then Henry and Terriermon got into the fight. Henry lets Terriermon fight. Henry now realizes that there is no escaping a fight sometimes.

12.Devided They Stand
Renamon and Rika are still mad at each other and are still separated. Renamon asked Impmon what he thinks and Impmon said that digimon don't need human. Renamon starts to believe this when she starts to win battle on her own. Henry and Takato runs into Yamaki and was told that they are palying a dangerous game. Harpymon realizes and fought Renamon. Renamon won at first but then was defeated. Rika got to the scen of the fight and helped Renamon out with scraching her with a big tree branch. Riak and Renamon then got back ontotheir feet and fought together.

13.Juggernaught
Takato and Guilmon defeated a digimon and Yamaki tells his men to collect the data. Takato worries that the next time Guilmon digivolves, Yamaki might get him. Rika had a talk with Renamon and found out that digimons are more than packets of data. Takato met Kazu and Kenta, who has stopped playing the digimon card game after their encounter with Guilmon and refused to believe Guilmon was real. Later, Yamaki creates a programme called 'Juggernaught'. The Juggernaught is the ultimate programme to destroy all digital beings. He starts it up and all the digimon starts to dissapear into the sky. What will the Tamers do?

14.Grow Mon, Grow
A problem accured with the Juggernaught and it opens a portal between that real world and the digiworld, unleashing the 12 Devas. The first Deva showed up and the tamers tried to take him out one by one but failed. Majiramon nearly beat Growlmon but then Takato got into a trance. In the Trance, Takato helps Grolwmon out and Growlmon digivolves into WarGrowlmon and destroys Majiramon. Kenta and Kazu finally believes in digimon being real.
