My Digital Photography

My main camera is now a Canon 400D with a second one for backup. I have the following lenses: EF-S 18-55, EF 50 1.8, EFS 60 Macro, EF 28-135 IS, EF-S 17-85 IS and EF 24-105 L IS, EF 70-300 DO IS.

All my photography is carried out using this equipment plus my Canon G9 for those occasions when travelling light is essential.

I had no digital photography experience until 2001 when I purchased a digital compact camera to try out on holiday. (Though I had been using a digital video camera since 1999). Prior to this I used an old manual SLR (Fuji STX-1 from 1979) and a modern compact 35 mm camera.

However, after my first holiday experience with a digital camera I was completely hooked. Once you experience the ability to immediately review your work, there's really no going back!
