Hi all! ^^ This is the newest member of Eloquence, Christina! <3
Yes! tis true! a new member! And I know some of you have heard about me... Lauren has talked about me! lol Well, to start us off, I play the synthesizer! - well I will if I can find a real one. right now I only have a piano and a keyboard (a bad one) lol! ^^
I am also the techy of the band. I am on the computer almost 24/7, sept for sleep & school and some friend time.... any way, I have the Adobe Audition on my computer! oooh! Professional! >< and so I can splice and dice stuff together. I also got us a phone. you'll see down below! ^^
So, ever since Lauren told me she needed a person to play the synthesizer, (witch was 2 days ago) i have been thinking... I play the piano-and my mom wants me to do an extra curricular activity... and w/ my bestest friend in the world w/ me... OH will we have FUN! ><

As Pointless as Studying for a Drug Test.
Pointless? Oh, but why Lauren? Cuz Marianne posted the first blog! Just like...5 minuets ago, it seems. Now ya know her pretty well... So... shall I talk about me? Why not!
Let's see, I'm the 15-year old, veggie-head, out of whack, not quite on the straight-and-narrow path guitarist of this ever so new band. My favourite colour is silver, I have a major crush on everyone who reads this, I enjoy long walks through the mall with your credit card in my hand, waiting to be used. *I feel like I'm in some dating program, or something!* Continuing... I'll be teaching Britine all I know about guitar, and Marianne what littlle I know about drums, because she doesn't seem to like the idea of teaching herself all alone, on her non-existant drum set. Nicole's got the singing down, far as I can tell... =D. I'll be the one who comes on every so often and forgets this is a band site, uses the blog for nothing but pure evil and ranting about whatever's on my mind (which happens to be the purple and white scarf Jade made me, and has yet to remember to bring it to school), and pretending like this isn't the myspace for a band that has yet to gain a real fan, for lack of real music. I say real fan, because Christina counts herself as a fan, though we don't even have a real song. I love her. Mon amie...
I'm pretty sure that Nicole and Britine can tell you about themselves without my assistance, but I'll tell you about the band in general myself, cuz I'm on a roll! Let's see...?
Okay, we used to be Digital Detachment...and by 'we', I mean Arri (who, as you can see, is not in 'TheBigE', as I like to call Eloquence on occasion) and I. But Arri kinda 'poofed', so Nicole and I were like 'Omigawsh! We should, like, totally start a band!', only not quite like that... So I recruted Marianne and Britine, who, though they have no prior expirence in the instrument of their choice (*did I give you guys a choice?*), I think will work out, for no lack of enthusiasim can be detected. I've yet to inform Nicole of the 2 new additions to our just-formed-last-Sunday band... So here we are. I'm excited. I truely am.
Well, I'll no doubt be talking via myspace-blog to my non-existnat fans sometime in the near future. Farewell!

EDIT:: And by the by... While DigitalD was on the track to nowhere, I was in another band, SYS (Soon You'll See), which, actually, I'm still in... Check out our site... we have some radicaltastic songs up (*yes, i know they aren't 'radicaltastic', just look 'em up anyway.*) and we'd love some... love... for them.

So, with no prior musical experience other than singing, I have joined a band. As the Drummer. YAY!
Now this raises two problems. 1. I need to learn how to play. 2. I need to get a drum set. Any ideas? Anyone?
Since this is going on the band's blog too, I suppose I should tell you a little about myself. I'm not sure how tall I am, but I am tall enough. I'm 18, and have really long hair. I'm a brunette with brown eyes. My name's Marianne Blodgett, but I go by Mar and Echo. Fav color? Green. Idk what else to say about myself, but I'm sure you'll get to know me well enough.
