Kari- Davis there's something I need to tell you
Davis- What is it Kari?
Kari- Davis I really love you
*Kari leans in to kiss Davis*
Jun- Davis Davis wake up!
Davis- I love you to Kari
Jun- Davis!
Davis- Ahhh! What the hell do you think you're doing?
Jun- Mom told me to wake you up. Come on you'll be late for school
Davis- Ok ok I'm getting up now
*Davis stumbles out of bed. Jun walks out*
Jun- Oh and Davis?
Davis- Yeah?
Jun- You and Kari, never going to happen! 
Davis- Shut up! What do you know. Oh yeah and you have such a chance with Matt!
Jun- Hey! We are in a very complex relationship!
Davis- *Thinking* No wonder Matt's scared of her!

AT SCHOOL
Its PE class the girls are dancing and the boys are playing basketball. (Hmmm...This sounds familiar!)
Kari- Hey look, the basketball game has just started!
Kelly- Come on let's watch
*The girls begin to watch the basketball game*
Kari- Go TK
*TK gets the ball and slam dunks the perfect shot. Kari jumps for joy*
Kari- Yeah
Davis- *Looking at Kari* Come on you guys we have to try harder! 
*Davis gets the ball, tries to do a fancy move in front of Kari but trips and falls flat on his face. The girls start to laugh. They walk away. The coach dismisses the boys to get showers*
Kristy- Are you ok?
*Kristy gives Davis her hand and helps him up*
Davis- Yeah sure I'm o I just need a bit more practice 
Kristy- I thought you were good 
*Kristy smiles at Davis and he couldn't help but smile back*
Davis- You did? I mean...Yeah of course 
Kristy- Well I better get changed. I'll see you in maths class 
Davis- Yeah sure, bye

MATHS CLASS
Davis, Kari and TK were sitting around the classroom waiting for maths class to begin
Davis- I'm so going to win the next basketball match!
Kari- You'll win again won't you TK?
Davis- Aaahhhhh!
TK- I sure hope so Kari
(Author's note: Hmmm something seems familiar again!)
*Kristy overhears this, the teacher walks in and the class begins. 45 boring agonizing minutes later the bell rings and it's time for lunch! They all begin to walk out of the classroom*
Kristy- Hey Davis, wait up!
Davis- Oh hi Kristy
Kristy- Can I talk to you for a minute in private?
Davis- Sure lets go to the library, nobody ever goes there
Kristy- Ok come on

**********
AT THE LIBRARY
Davis- So what did you want to talk to me about?
Kristy- Well I know well the whole school knows you like Kari but she likes TK
Davis- Yeah and I don't know why she likes TS! *He says angrily while he folds his arms*
Kristy- Look I think it's ok the way she likes TK but the way she flirts with him to get you jealous is just really bitchy. I mean who does she think she is? Its not right the way she calls you a friend and then treats you like that.
Davis- Your telling me
Kristy- Why do you like her so much?
Davis- I don't know. I just think she's perfect. I'm totally infatuated with her!
Kristy- Do you really want her?
Davis- Yes more than anything!
Kristy- Ok then you'll have to do exactly what I say
Davis- What?
Kristy- First of all stop acting like you love her. Just treat her like a normal person
Davis- How's that going to help?
Kristy- Wait I haven't finished yet!
Davis- Oh sorry
Kristy- Get a girlfriend
Davis- What?
Kristy- It will so work!
Davis- You've totally lost me
Kristy- It's simple. Kari's use to two guys fighting over her and she finds it exciting. What teenage girl wouldn't? So once you turn all your affections on another girl, she will begin to miss you and will do anything to get you back!
Davis- I guess it sounds logical but there's one problem
Kristy- What?
Davis- Where am I going to get a girlfriend?
Kristy- You're looking at one!
Davis- Really? You sure?
Kristy- Of course I am!
Davis- Why do you want to help me so much?
Kristy- Well about a month ago there was a dancing competition on. I really thought I was going to win. When Kari came along and took first place and I got second!
Davis- Oh yeah I remember that
Kristy- I just want to teach her a lesson, that people who you don't think you appreciate will get taken from you and then you realize to late just how much they mean to you.
Davis- Do you really think I mean that much to Kari?
Kristy- Yeah she just takes you for granted. Ok so are you going out with Kari and TK tonight?
Davis- Yeah we were going to get a pizza
Kristy- Well you can't go
Davis- Huh?
Kristy- You're going to tell them you're taking me on a date! See if you start canceling plans with Kari she'll really want you!
Davis- Where do you learn all this stuff?
Kristy- Girls magazines!
Davis- Oh, well I don't think I'll be giving that a try!
Kristy- Ok now go tell them you can't make it

**********

AT THE CAFETERIA
TK, Kari, Yolei and Cody are sitting with each other. Davis gets his lunch and sits down beside Cody.
Davis- Hey guys
All- Hey
Yolei- So what took you so long?
Davis- Actually that's what I wanted to talk to you about
Kari- What do you mean?
Davis- I can't come to the pizza parlor with you guys tonight
TK- Why not? We're celebrating our success in the digital world!
Davis- Yeah I know but I've got a date!
*They all look shocked*
Kari- A date?
Davis- Yeah who would of thought it!
Cody- Who is she?
Davis- Kristy she's in my maths class
TK- No way you're going out with Kristy the cheerleader?
Davis- Yep
TK- She's like one of the beautifulest girls in the school!
Davis- I know!
Kari- Did she ask you or did you ask her?
Davis- She asked me right after the maths class
Yolei- So that's why you're late!
Davis- Yeah she said she saw me playing and she thought I was great!
TK- That's hard to believe!
Davis- Very funny TE!

KARI'S POV
Oh my God. I can't believe Davis is turning down pizza with us to go out with some girl. Well not just any girl Kristy is really pretty and popular. I thought he wanted to go out with me? Has he finally given up? If so, why am I not happy? 

DAVIS'S POV
Kari looks kind of distant. I guess she's just shocked that someone asked me out! I sure hope that this will work! I'm just doing this to be with her

*Kristy walked into the cafeteria and started to walk towards Davis. She smiled at him. Davis smiled back and everyone else looked shocked*
Kristy- Hey Davis
*Kristy sat down on Davis, threw her arms around his neck and gave him a kiss on his check. Everyone else still looked shocked*
Kristy- Are we still on for tonight?
Davis- Yeah of course we are
Kristy- Great I can't wait! Well I have to go to cheerleading practice but I'll defiantly see you later!
*Kristy gave Davis another kiss on the cheek and left, everyone was still in shock*
Davis- I guess I'm just a babe magnet
TK- Yeah right
Davis- You're just jealous TI!
TK- Whatever Davis

**********

THAT NIGHT
*Davis rang the doorbell to Kristy's house. Kristy opened the door*
Kristy- Hey come on in
Davis- Thanks
Kristy- My parents are out tonight so you'll be able to stay a little later
Davis- Oh ok
*Kristy leads Davis into the sitting room, they sit down*
Kristy- Davis?
Davis- Yeah?
Kristy- If were going to pretend to go out well then in front of people we have to do the kind of stuff people who go out with each other do 
Davis- What kind of stuff?
Kristy- Well you know like kissing
*Davis goes red*
Kristy- Oh come on, don't get all don't get all embarrassed with me
Davis- What I'm not embaressed
Kristy- If we want people to buy it we have to do this
Davis- Well if you want. Most guys including me would kill to kiss you
*Kristy goes red*
Kristy- Now you're making me embarrassed!
Davis- Sorry. The more times we kiss each other the less embarrassing it will be
Kristy- Are you just saying that to kiss me?
Davis- *Smiling* No!
*They both laugh. They both lean nearer to each other until they were kissing. They kissed for about a minute and then they broke away*
Davis- I'm still a bit embarrassed could we do that again?
*Kristy laughed and threw a cushion at him*

THE NEXT MORNING
Kari- Hey Davis
Davis- Oh hi Kari was the pizza good?
Kari- Yeah it was great, it was a pity you weren't there maybe...
Kristy- Hey Davis
Davis- Oh Kristy
*Davis ran over to Kristy before Kari could finish her sentence. She stood there and watched as Kristy hugged Davis*

KARI'S POV
Did that just happen? Davis didn't even let me finish my sentence! He always listens to what I have to say. I never knew he even liked Kristy. I thought he just liked me! Why am I thinking like this?

LUNCHTIME 
*TK, Kari, Davis, Yolei and Cody are sitting down at a table eating lunch*
TK- So how was your date Davis?
Davis- It was the best ever! I went to her home her parents weren't there so we made out for the whole night!
*Everyone looked shocked again*
TK- Well Davis I don't know how you did it but I know a lot of guys around here would love to know
Davis- I guess she just loves my great looks and my charming personality 
*Yolei and Cody nearly choked on their food*
TK- Your quiet today Kari are you ok? Kari? Kari?
Kari- What? Oh sorry TK I'm just a bit tired 
*Kari forced a smile. TK looked concerned and Davis was trying his best to pretend not to care*

AFTER SCHOOL
Kari- Hey Davis, wait up
Davis- What is it?
Kari- Can I talk to you?
Davis- Sure but could you make it quick I have to go meet Kristy
Kari- Well that's sort of what I wanted to talk to you about
Davis- Oh it is?
Kari- Yeah, look Davis you seem to be spending a lot of time with her lately and well I'm worried that you're going to neglect your digi-destined duties
Davis- What? Kari how could you say that?
Kari- Well you just seem to be spending a lot of time with her
Davis- Well I am going out with her
Kari- Exactly
Davis- What are you saying, Kari? Look I would never neglect the digital world and you know that. You're not been very fair here
Kari- I...
*Kristy came around from the corner where she heard the conversation*
Kristy- Hey sexy
Davis- You're the one who is sexy
*Kristy and Davis began to kiss passionately. Kari walked away. Davis and Kristy broke away*
Kristy- I heard everything. I think its starting to work
Davis- Really?
Kristy- Yeah has she ever paid this much attention to you?
Davis- I guess not
Kristy- Just one question
Davis- What?
Kristy- What's a digi-destined?
Davis- Oh...Eh...Well it's just some slang words from computer club
Kristy- Oh did you just join that club because Kari was in it?
Davis- Eh...Yeah I guess so

**********

AT SORA'S APARTMENT
*Kari rings the doorbell to Sora's apartment. Sora answers the door*
Sora- Hi Kari
Kari- Hey Sora
Sora- Kari you look really upset what's the matter? 
Kari- Do you mind if I ask you for some advice?
Sora- Of course not come on in
*Sora led Kari to her room and they sat down on her bed*
Sora- Tell me what happened
*Kari explained everything to Sora. Sora listened to her carefully not once interrupting Kari. She knew that she was the only person Kari go to for advice under these circumstances*
Sora- Whoa I never thought that Davis would give up on you like that
Kari- I guess I didn't either
Sora- So what advice do you want me to give you here? I didn't think you liked Davis. I thought you liked TK
Kari- I thought I didn't like Davis either but deep down I really did and I miss him you know? I really do
Sora- And what about TK?
Kari- I don't know but right now I just really want Davis! It just feels so right
Sora- Well if that's what you want
Kari- It is 
Sora- Ok well the best thing to do is be honest with him. Tell him how you feel and once your honest he will be to 
Kari- Are you sure?
Sora- Yes, I don't think he gave up on you because he stopped fancying you I think he just accepted that he couldn't have you
Kari- I hope your right Sora
Sora- Just try it. You know just talk to him
Kari- Thanks Sora
Sora- Anytime!

AT THE ICE-RINK
Davis- Come on Kristy
Kristy- I'm coming...ahhh
*Kristy fell on her ass*
Kristy- I can't stand up on this ice!
Davis- Here let me give you a hand
*Davis puts out his hand to help Kristy but ends up falling is well on top of Kristy!
Kristy & Davis- AAHHHH!
*They both start laughing uncontrollably*
Davis- I haven't had this much fun in ages
Kristy- Either have I 
Davis- Come on let's get a drink
Kristy- If we can get up
*Ten falls later they eventually got up and they got a drink*
Kristy- It's getting late I should go home
Davis- I'll walk you home
*Davis began to walk Kristy home. It was getting kind of dark*

DAVIS'S POV
Wow I didn't think about Kari once tonight. That's weird for me. I guess I was just having a really good time with Kristy. We get on so well together.

KRISTY'S POV
Who would of thought Davis Motyiama would be a great date? I had the best time ever tonight. I can't believe Kari never noticed it in him before.

*They got to Kristy's house*
Kristy- Thanks for tonight. I had a really good time
Davis- Ah, it was nothing I had a great time to 
*Kristy grabbed Davis and wrapped her arms around his neck. She looked into his eyes and began to kiss the stunned Davis passionately. Davis gave it back 101% as he put his arms around her and pulled her closer. They stayed like that for a few minutes and then they broke away*
Davis- What was that for? There was no one in sight
Kristy- Are you complaining?
Davis- No
Kristy- I really like you Davis. You know, I really do
*Davis was shocked he never thought a girl like Kristy would like him. He tried to say he liked her as well but no words came out of his mouth. Kristy hugged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek*
Kristy- See you tomorrow
*Kristy went into her house while Davis was still standing there trying to comprehend what just happened*

*Davis was walking home smiling to himself thinking about Kristy*
Kari- Davis!
Davis- Ahhh!...Kari don't scare me like that
Kari- Sorry but I really need to talk to you
Davis- Sure, what's up? 
Kari- Well this is kind of hard for me to say
Davis- Oh come on Kari it's me you're talking to 
Kari- Ok here it goes, Davis I like you
Davis- Is that it?
Kari- No I mean I really like you as in I'm attracted to you
Davis- Yeah right
Kari- No it's true
Davis- So why did you always say that you didn't like me?
Kari- I don't know but things are different now
Davis- Why? Because I'm going out with Kristy?
Kari- Well...
Davis- You're unbelievable Kari
Kari- What?
Davis- You always flirt with me to get TK jealous, then you flirt with me to get him jealous. You take me for granted and now when I'm gone you come over to me acting like your the injured party. I mean you totally mess with my head and...My heart
Kari- Please Davis forgive me I'm sorry
Davis- Give me one good reason why I should?
Kari- Because I love you and I know you love me
*Kari grabbed Davis and began to kiss him. Davis pushed her away. He looked angry and Kari looked hurt*
Kari- But...
Davis- Sorry Kari, you're to late I gave you a chance and you blew it
*Kari ran home crying and Davis walked home with the conversation he had with Kari playing again and again in his head*

DAVIS'S POV
I hope I did the right thing. I never saw Kari so shocked before. I can't believe she tried to kiss me. I can't believe I pushed her away! A month ago I would have never of done that. I know I made the right decision choosing Kristy. I just hope that she'll be my girlfriend for real.

KARI'S POV
O my God, I feel so rejected. How could he push me away like that? I thought he truly loved me. What have I done? I just lost the only boy that I truly loved but I was to blind to see it when he loved me.

THE NEXT DAY BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED
Davis- Kristy can I talk to you?
Kristy- Oh yeah sure
*Davis explained what happened last night minus the bit about him saying he loved Kristy*
Kristy- You got what you wanted why did you reject her?
Davis- Because I don't want her anymore
Kristy- You don't?
Davis- No
Kristy- But
Davis- Shhh
*Davis put his finger over Kristy's mouth to stop her talking. He kissed her gently and held her in his arms
Davis- I don't love Kari, I love you
Kristy- Really?
Davis- Yes
Kristy- I love you to, lets go out for real
*They both smiled at each other and then they began to kiss passionately. They then thought about how their plan was suppose to end and how it actually ended*
