| What is included in the price of the calendar? We include scanning, binding and shipping of the calendar. |
| How big are the calendars? All calendars are 8 1/2" X 11" and are 13 months long |

| How will my order be returned? We will send your calendar via "snail mail" unless you are willing to pay the additional cost of overnight shipping. |
| Will you return my photographs? No, unless you ask for us to return them on the order form. Pictures not returned will be shredded. |
| Can you use negatives or slides if I have no pictures? Yes, we can scan negatives and slides to get pictures. |
| How should we mark our photographs so they are associated with the correct months? We recommend putting the associated month on the back of the photos. If you do not want markings on the photo, use sticky notes on the photos and put the associated months on the sticky notes. If there is no "system" with the photographs, we will randomly put photos on months. |
| How can storage for on-line photos be free? We set-up the on-line photo album on a website sponsored by a company that makes digital cameras and other electronics. The storage is currently free and space is unlimited. I currently have over 4,500 photos on-line being stored.....for free!! |
