| Tips to Help You With Your Application |
| First and foremost, make sure you understand what you're applying for and what the terms of the character are. If you're applying for a digikeeper, you HAVE to be a person, not a digimon. If you're applying for a digimon, you have to use the digimon WE PRE-DESIGNED. YOU CAN NOT MAKE UP YOUR OWN DIGIMON. THEY HAVE BEEN MADE FOR YOU. You have to make up their personality, attacks, bad puns, etc. I'd also like to mention right now that the digimon are very cool characters too! Send us some digimon! We've got three or four people applying for the same digi keeper, when one or two of them could go apply for their digimon companion! But, seriously, the digimon play an important, vital role in the RPG. I can't say anything else, but you'll find out if you get accepted as a digimon. We have a lot of characters going to the arts school, so you'd probably score more creativity points with us if you don't. Remember, the schools in Japan work differently than ours. There is a grammer school, a middle school, and a high school before college. If you need help understanding Japanese school systems, go here. Also keep in mind that, though this IS Japan, you don't have to be Japanese. You can branch out and be American if you want. Also, we have a scarcity of males. PLEASE make some GUYS! Especially for the Data Keepers. There's so much estrogene there! And some gals for the Digi Keepers! They could hose a car with all that testosterone. And PLEASE TELL US WHAT THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DIGI-OUTFIT IS! Don't just say, "She wears a green tank top and jeans." Say, "She wears a green tank top to symbolize her extreme lust for trees and jeans because she wants to fit in and everyone ELSE wears jeans." Your bloodtype and zodiac sign DO affect your character, please remember that. Do NOT give us an Ares who's introverted unless there's a VERY GOOD reason for it. As far as digimon go, keep your puns good and corny. ^_^* Speaking of digimon, keep your attacks original. Take a good long look at your digimon and try to think of the animal they're fashioned after before deciding on an attack. If it's a rabbit-digimon, it shouldn't have a bee-sting attack. Rabbits just don't work like that. Remember that the year is 7001. You have a lot of freedom. Be creative and invent futuristic stuff. We're even willing to allow alien data/digi keeper, but only if it's well thought out and it fits. No god-moddling, remember. But, you can have a lot of fun with the future. ^_^ Try to relate your character to their crest, whether it's a digimon or a keeper you're applying for. For example, there's just no reason to make the Data Keeper of Rage a pleasant and easy-going person. It just doesn't make sense. That's all I can think of for now. Be original and have a good time!
