It begins with Tai asking Agumon why he didn't stay in the Greymon form. They then find 2 Monochromon fighting over territory. The children were like ultra-scared of the Monochromon so they ran away. It is starting to get dark and they all look to find food and shelter for the night. That's when they find this trolley car that they use to sleep in. Then they all gather food for dinner. After dinner Tai and Sora talk about how Matt doesn't seem to treat T.K. like a brother and Joe comes along and mentions that he doesn't recognize any of the constellations. They then decide to take turns standing guard and in this order: Tai, Matt, Izzy, and Joe. While Tai is standing guard Matt shows up and mentions that he and T.K. are half-brothers and that they don't live in the same house. Then Seadramon shows up and drags the kids into the middle of the lake. Tentomon tells everyone that Seadramon is kinda dumb. Matt is the only one that wasn't dragged into the middle of the lake and then swims toward the others so he can protect T.K. Then Seadramon wraps his tail around Matt. Like with Shellmon, Gabumon digivolves into Garurumon to save Matt from danger. Garurumon wins and everyone is so tired that they all fall asleep except Tai, Matt, and T.K. It ends with Tai watching Matt play his harmonica and T.K. falling asleep next to him.

Tai: This is where I wish we had a microwave. Huh?
Matt: Me too, because you're about to lose your fingers. Why don't you use a stick?
Tai: How did you come up with that, Matt?
Matt: 'Cause I'm the man.
