Well, this page is going to be about an experiment we did some days ago, namely Voltage Modding. What is the result we wanted to achieve? A higher Core voltage, so that push the limit of our beloved AMD cpu a bit further.... By a few pix, taken while doing the mod, I will guide you through this experiment...

The result... Neat, hey?

The proof - check VCore @ 2.04V (5th indication from top)
And did it all pay-off in the end? Mmmmyeahhh - we had the fun factor, which was very high, we also had the achieving-the-goal-set factor, which also gives a man a good feeling and ofcourse, the first reason we did this experiment for, we were able to higher the VCore voltage up to 2.04V - where normally the max achievable was 1.85V and this resulted in the possibility to OC the cpu more then before... Some buds of mine are talking about H2O cooling and V-modding up to 2.7V.... when I have some results on that I will also post that here... The goal there is to get an Athlon AXIA 1GHz up to 1700MHz... We'll see how far it goes... Cheers
