Services Held Tuesday For Mrs. Adkins
The Funeral of Mrs. Nora Webb Adkins,78,of Lake City were held at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Longfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Ben Baird and the Rev. Enos Herrin offiicating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Adkins, widow of Joe N. Adkins, died Sunday night at her home. She was a member of the Longfield Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Vista Benge, Jellico, Mrs. Mae Hutson, Warner-Robbins, Ga. Mrs. Arnold Amos, Vasper, and Mrs. Earl Gross, Lake City, two sons, Elmer Adkins, Macon, Ga.
Otha Adkins, Lafollette. two sisters, Mrs. Alice Cooper, Clinton, Mrs. Ethel Polson, Caryville,

Death Of Mrs. Argubright
The funeral of Mrs. Rebecra Key Argubright, 80 years, who died Sunday night at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Jas. C. Arubright, was held at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home of her daughter.Rev. C.K. Ladd, of First Baptist church officiated.Interment followed in Sunset cemetery.Mrs. Argubright was a woman who posseased a pleasing personality and had a host of friends. She was a devoted christain and a member of Blowing Springs church. Surviving are her daughter, three grandchildren, Miss. Ruth, Sam and Fletcher Argubright , and three great-grandchildren, all of Clinton. (donated by Susie Bullock [email protected] )

AMERINE, Kyle Elber-

Kyle Elber Amerine, age 68 of Clinton, TN passed away Tuesday, March 14, 1995 at Methodist Medical Center. Owner & operator of Amerine Exxon in Clinton for 17 years. For the past 10 years he had worked in the Parts Dept at Fox Oldsmobile in oak Ridge, TN. He was a member of Clinton Second Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran having served during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer G & Lela Stokes Amerine; son, Kyle Amerine Jr; brothers, Lonas S & Rowan L Amerine. He is survived by his wife
Maria Foust Amerine of Clinton; daughter, Sharon & husband Raymond Jones of Claxton, TN; grandchildren, Michael R Jones of Clinton, TN & Lisa R Meade of Knoxville, TN; step-grand-daughter, Amber Stocks of Clinton, TN; sisters, Verona Ellis of Lakeland, FL; Mildred Harris of Oak Ridge, TN; Margaret Tomlinson of Alachua, FL; & Lela Tinney of Chattanooga, TN; brother, H G Amerine of Clinton, TN. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 15, 1995 at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel, Rev Gary Swaggerty & Rev Geroge Williams officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 1995 at Pleasant View Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Volunteer State Honor Guard. the family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 1995 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, Clinton.
