| At one time Frank (left) was without question THE biggest Scumbag. Known to have once united with great criminals such as 'Two Can Dan'. Together they once gambled on the dog races and usually lost. If Frank won he would always spend his money on Heroin from Dan. In the end though Frank hit it big and bought himself a 'Ford Celica' (according to David Roebuck) and moved on but sadly spent the rest of his winnings on heroin and is no in Rehab. |
