Little Spiders




Ingredients
3-4 green plantains Cooking oil Salt Procedure: - Peel off skin from the plantain. - Using a grater, grate the plantains with the side of the grater that you will normally great cheese into cheese strings. - Pour oil in deep frying pan up to height of �" to 1". - Turn heat to medium high. - When oil gets hot, reduce heat to medium. - With your hand, grab the plantain strings in a bunch that will cover the palm of your hand and drop them altogether (do not spread) in frying pan. - When the plantain strings turn golden brown at the bottom, turn over to cook the other side. - Remove little spiders and drain on paper towel. - Add salt to taste.
