It's just a small pre-amp, with controls for bass, trebel, sensitivity, and volume. I had it sitting around for a while before using it, then I decided to run my RX5 through it. I use it occasionally for a bit of distortion. It sounds okay, and tends to be pretty flexible with the trebel and bass controls, but it has a lot of hum.
