Welcome to my SEVTEC Surveyor construction page. 
Plans received 7-27-01.

This whole thing started because I wanted to design and build a fast water commuter vehicle. I was thinking of a hydroplane which led me to a wig or wise which ended with the SEVTEC Surveyor from plans as final first project.  I liked the idea of a fast, economical, protected cockpit,  smooth riding vehicle.
This is the current state of completion as of 10-21-01.
