Hildi: Brian, Marisol, hi guys. So tell me, what would you like to see done to this room?
Marisol: Well, I know they hate these couches, so they need to go.
Brian: The carpet is pretty ugly. I'd like to see something done with that.
Hildi: Well, I think we are off to a good start. We are going to do this neat treatment to the fireplace. We are going to paint the walls and we will be getting rid of these couches and we'll also do something with the floor. First we need to clear out this room, so grab something small and let's get started.
